Assistant Аccountant

Responsibilities:

  • Work with inventory items and primary documentation (contracts, invoices,powers of attorney, capitalization);
  • Participation in inventory taking;
  • Entering bank documents into 1C;
  • Entering additional expenses into 1C;
  • Active participation in testing the new Trade Management system, identifying discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation of data from 2 databases;
  • Accounting and control of accounts receivable and payable from suppliers and buyers;
  • Instructions of the Chief Accountant. 

Basic Qualifications:      

  • General principles of accounting: accounts, postings, reconciliation statements;

Professional requirements:

  • Confident user of 1C 8.3., 1C Trade management, MS Excel, Word, banking;
  • Experience with import, virtual warehouse and 1C program is preferred;

Personal qualities:         

  • Analytical mind;
  • Attention to detail.
