Responsibilities:
- Work with inventory items and primary documentation (contracts, invoices,powers of attorney, capitalization);
- Participation in inventory taking;
- Entering bank documents into 1C;
- Entering additional expenses into 1C;
- Active participation in testing the new Trade Management system, identifying discrepancies.
- Reconciliation of data from 2 databases;
- Accounting and control of accounts receivable and payable from suppliers and buyers;
- Instructions of the Chief Accountant.
Basic Qualifications:
- General principles of accounting: accounts, postings, reconciliation statements;
Professional requirements:
- Confident user of 1C 8.3., 1C Trade management, MS Excel, Word, banking;
- Experience with import, virtual warehouse and 1C program is preferred;
Personal qualities:
- Analytical mind;
- Attention to detail.
